It is said that the journey of a milestone begins with small steps and Mr. Pavan Parikh exemplifies the same. Starting his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 23, his life is a sheer source of inspiration for many others who wish to make a mark for themselves. Hailing from a humble background, Mr. Parikh decided to start his career by borrowing 30,000 euros from his mother. In not less than two decades, he has been able to carve a niche for himself. Pummeling down the challenges with his vision and mission to succeed, Mr. Parikh laid the foundation stone for a strong company.
The success of a person is not his own; a lot of contribution comes from his family. Pavan Parikh credits his success to his mother, who gave him the money for him to give wings to his dream of starting his business. He is happily married to Rajvi, and they are blessed with a son Saahil who is pursuing his education at Boston University.
Pavan Parikh believes that Rajvi is not only a very important person in life, but she’s also his backbone his support system. She conboted in making the business feel like our home which is a place to join in together in laughter and feel a sense of belonging. She helped surrounding with a feeling of confidence bonding striving to one vision sustainability. Giving 16 years of her life to make his dream come true, Rajvi is a perfect blend of being tough and sensitive who has seconded Pavan in all his critical decision which enable Mr. Parikh to make Constantia Flexible – India’s 3rd largest company with annual sales of €145 million in a short span of just 7 years.
He brings with him the modern appeal with a heritage touch. He has gained vast experience catering both nationally and globally. He strongly believes that to be the best in the business, you need to work ahead and think ahead of time, and that’s what Mr. Parikh implemented while he was laying the foundation of his organization. He holds expertise in converting even the biggest of challenges into opportunities, which is very much evident from the wide portfolio of his work.
Over the years, he has gathered experience and information which he has blended together and created his own company, PRS Projects. The company is dedicated to hand holding the start-ups so that they can overcome the common business challenges that include manpower, arranging funds, managing work, marketing, etc. In a country like India, where the ratio of the job to the number of applicants is totally miss balanced, it is time that people; start creating job and become job givers. But as lucrative as it may sound, starting a business involves much more than strong ideation; it requires a lot of backing and support such that work at the front-end goes on seamlessly.
