Gurdeep Singh’s career spanned over 37 years in Hindustan Unilever Limited in Manufacturing, Operations Management and Control. From 1966 till October 2003, he held numerous senior leadership positions in Unilever across geographies in India, UK and Brazil and retired as Director Human Resources, Corporate Affairs and Technology. He was further retained in Hindustan Unilever as Senior Vice-President Corporate Affairs till March 2006.
Mr. Gurdeep Singh also served as Non-Executive Director on the Boards of, and is a Strategic Advisor to numerous companies in India and abroad whose activities range from Air-Conditioning, Automotive Components including Ride-Control & Automotive Bulbs, Rail & multi-modal Logistics, Management Consulting, Pressure-Sensitive Films and Specialty Films for Decorative Labels, Coated Films for the Pharmaceutical Packaging, Sugar & Ethanol, and Flexible Packaging and e-Waste Recycling.
