The journey to success is ensured with experience from working on numerous assignments/tasks & overcoming challenges when you work in diverse companies, industries, and capacities. The same goes for Mr. Manoj S. Patil. His professional journey began in 1992 with Electronica Machine Tools Ltd. on its ISRO approved production floor where he was deputed as Shop Manager. Later he went ahead to occupy senior position positions in companies like Dana Group of Companies Nigeria, Shubhalini Finetech Laboratories, Ashapura Exports Pvt. Ltd., Constantia Parikh Packaging Pvt. Ltd, Ranjan Ramesh Parikh Charitable Trust, and last with Europackaging PLC group as International Marketing consultant. His diversified experience exhibits his multi-faceted personality and professional skills.

Mr. Patil completed his Mechanical engineering and went on to do his MBA in Marketing which helps him both for marketing and production assignments; giving him the complete understanding of a business, thus making it easier for him to contribute to the holistic role of PRS with its partners.
His excellence is not only seen with success in diversified profiles, but his educational credentials also boast the same. He holds an MBA affiliated with Pune University along with a master’s in international Trade from the prestigious Symbiosis Institute of Foreign Trade (Now SIIB).
Throughout his educational journey, Mr. Manoj S Patil had been an excellent student who not only picked up the professional learnings but was also able to implement the same concepts on the ground. It is this unique blend of concepts and practices that he brings with him to PRS, which makes him an outstanding professional asset to PRS.
Over his two-decades-long career, he has learned the knack of professional business. He knows what it takes to make a business successful Not only does he understand the Indian market, but he can analyze the dynamics of the foreign market very well. This ability has made him, and his company achieves success in specific Global markets by perusing properly planned campaigns.
Mr. Patil believes that competition helps push you to work hard to move with more zeal & passion and that business grows as a result of honestly satisfy the requirements of both parties. He has used the same ideology in the companies he has worked for. A successful business is not about one gaining more market share, but it is also about how well you can drive your team to stick to the same ideology.
